BALTIMORE, Md. (www.incnow.tv) -- A 7-year-old boy has been suspended from school after he allegedly shaped his breakfast pastry to resemble a gun.
The boy's father claims that he was trying to shape the pastry into a mountain. According to a report by The Washington Times, the boy suffers from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
The school sent a letter home with students saying that "a student used food to make an inappropriate gesture".
