WASHINGTON D.C. (www.incnow.tv) - It's Inauguration Day.
ON Sunday, both President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were officially sworn into office at the White House. Monday, they will both raise their right hands for their second ceremonial inauguration outside the Capitol.
The even will be followed by a parade down Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House.
