NEW YORK (www.incnow.tv) - A judge had defeated New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s highly publicized super sized soda ban.
The ban was scheduled to take effect Tuesday. In his decision, the judge said there appears to be uneven enforcement of the new ban and it doesn’t include other beverages that have significantly higher concentration of sugar and calories. Bloomberg responded, via Twitter, saying his office will appeal the decision and believes the ban will ultimately be upheld.
