Tsunami Warning: Strong Earthquake Hits Eastern Philippines

Philippines (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A strong earthquake off the Philippine coast has registered 7.6 and hit Friday morning.

Tsunami warnings were issued for the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan and Japan.

The quake, centered off the east coast of the Philippines, is in the Samar Province.

No word yet on casualties or damage.
