A big moment in setting the tone for his second term, the President will present his ideas for the next four years in front of a joint session of congress. He'll hit the podium at 9 p.m. eastern time Tuesday. He has already spoken of taking on immigration reform.
The President also recently unveiled a series of proposals to reduce gun violence in America.
