U.S. Secretary of Commerce Involved In a Hit and Run

San Gabriel, Calif. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – U.S. Secretary of Commerce John Bryson is being investigated in a felony hit and run case.

Police said Bryson had a seizure during the first crash. They said they found him unconscious in his Lexus, he was was rushed to the hospital.

Bryson allegedly rear-ended a Buick on Saturday. Police said after briefly stopping to talk to the three men inside the Buick, Bryson left, then hit the Buick a second time.

Authorities ruled out alcohol and drugs.

Bryson has been released from the hospital and is reportedly back in Washington D.C.
