ROCHESTER, New York (Daily Mail) - A mother has confessed to accidentally starting a house fire that killed four of her children, started while burning photographs of her ex boyfriend.
Bobbie Kugler, 31, told police that she set the bunch of pictures on fire before throwing them onto a pile of clothes. The blaze quickly tore through the two-storey home killing her four sleeping children, ages 14, 13, 12 and 6.
