WASHINGTON, DC. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Supreme Court will look at the issue of affirmative action.
This decision will have a significant impact on higher education for minority students. The case stems from a woman who was rejected entry into the University of Texas. She tried to sue the school claiming reverse discrimination.
She believes affirmative action policies place minority students ahead of her despite her claim of having better grades.
