Pennsylvania I-95 Reopen

Pennsylvania I-95 Reopen

By Nina Settappa

A section of interstate 95 in Philadelphia that had been closed is back open this morning. Early thursday morning road crews finished shoring up repairs to the interstate and reopened the road.

The three mile stretch had been closed since Monday when an inspector noticed part of a concrete support pillar was crumbling.

The area, just north of Philadelphia, is a major artery for commuters into the city.
