Business Owner Arrested For Selling Spice

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – A local business owner is arrested for the sale of spice.

Fort Wayne Police received several tips of the sale of synthetic marijuana, commonly known as "spice", at the BP gas station located at the 6200 block of Stellhorn Road.

Detectives of the FWPD Vice and Narcotics Division began an investigation and served two search warrants related to the investigation.

Ashok Kumar, the owner of the business, was arrested at the BP gas station.

A second warrant was served at a private residence located in the 94-hundred block of blue mound drive.
