COLORADO (www.incnow.tv) - Marijuana is now legal in the state of Colorado.
Governor John Hickenlooper signed an executive order Monday formalizing Amendment 64 which passed by Colorado voters last month. He was against the measure, but said he saw no point in waiting to formalize what voters approved in November.
Colorado is now the second state to allow pot use without a doctor's recommendation.
Washington made it legal last week.
