COLORADO (www.incnow.tv) - Tough new gun legislation is signed into law in Colorado just as one of the state’s top officials was gunned down at his home.
Police are still looking for the man that shot and killed Tom Clements, a department of corrections officer Wednesday. That happened the same day Governor John Hickenlooper put his signature on the nation’s toughest restrictions on guns.
The controversial gun legislation comes just eight months after the mass shooting at the Aurora Movie Theater. The new measures will limit ammunition and require gun buyers to pay for background checks.
