LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (www.incnow.tv) - A former local auctioneer is sentenced to serve 23 months on probation for theft.

Business Weekly reports, 71 year old Dean Kruse of Auburn, has been sentenced for defrauding a Delaware couple and another man of proceeds from the sales of automobiles they co-signed to Kruse to be sold at auction.

Published reports say Kruse pleaded no contest to two counts of theft by deception and two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds. The judge explained that Kruse was admitting the actions, but was not fault.

He was sentenced Wednesday in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and officials say Kruse may be permitted to transfer his probation to Indiana.
