Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Fort Wayne Pain Management Doctor William Hedrick had his license suspended after accusations were made that he followed dangerous drug prescription practices.
Hedrick agreed to the suspension prior to Thursday's board meeting which was held in Indianapolis where the board voted to accept the agreement.
His suspension is effective immediately and will last until January 24, 2013, that's when Hedrick will appear before the Medical Licensing Board. At that time the board will make a final decision on whether or not Hedrick will be allowed to have his license reinstated.
On Monday, State Attorney General Greg Zoeller’s office filed a petition to suspend Dr. Hedrick.
