Four Found Dead Inside Southern Indiana Home

WAYNESVILLE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Three men and one woman were found shot to death inside a southern Indiana home Saturday night.

Authorities say the son of the woman who was killed came home from work and discovered the bodies. He then called police.

Bartholomew County Sheriff Mark Gorbett said the three men were found dead in the living room and the woman was found dead in the bedroom.

Authorities have identified the victim's as Katheryn Burton, 53, and her longtime boyfriend Thomas Smith, 39. The other two men, who are friends of Burton and Smith, are identified as Aaron Cross and Shawn Burton, both 41 years old.

Police are investigating this incident as a quadruple homicide.

Waynesville is located a few miles south of Columbus, Indiana.
