NEW HAVEN, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Some local businesses come together to help the less than fortunate children for Halloween.
WILD 96.3 Radio was at Economy Auto Parts in New Haven Wednesday handing out free Halloween costumes to kids in need. A thousand dollars worth of costumes were handed out to kids, ranging from infants to teenagers.
