Free Health Fair at Boys and Girls Club

Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A health fair is set for Tuesday evening through Community Action of Northeast Indiana.

You can stop by the Boys and Girls Club on Fairfield in Fort Wayne from 4 to 7 p.m. to take part in the event.

The free event is sponsored by CANI, Parkview Hospital, and Hoosier Health-Wise providers.

The goal of the event is to help educate families on becoming more familiar with insurance and the different services available.

Vaccines, doctor visits, and other information will also be made available to those that attend.

Remember to have your Hoosier Health-Wise cards with you.
