FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Hundreds of Summit City Hoosiers turned out for the Fueling Your Family Fair at Glenbrook Square today.

Food, fun and fitness were today's themes. Dozens of vendors and sponsors shared tips and advice on how you can create a healthier lifestyle for yourself. Chefs prepared healthy snacks like humus that participants could grab as they toured the rows of tables outfitted health professionals hoping to reform bad habits.

Marsha Worthington, Director of America on the Move in Fort Wayne, wants Hoosiers to start taking better care of their bodies. She says, "I think the biggest problem facing us is just that we're very time pressed. I think we don't value our health as much as we should. We only have one body and the reality is I'm going to have more energy, I'm going to feel better, I'm going to have more patience for my kids if I truly fuel my body well by the exercise and activity that I do as well as making healthy choices for food."

She says healthy life styles are fun and practical.
