FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - The Indiana Charter School Board will meet Tuesday in the Summit City to hear plans for a new charter school on the former campus of Taylor University on Rudisill Boulevard.
The Carpe Diem Charter School would be different than other local charters, with a high student-teacher ratio and students spending most of their day behind a computer.
