COLORADO (www.incnow.tv) – The preliminary hearing for accused Colorado movie theater shooter, James Holmes, continues with “significant new information expected to be unveiled in court by prosecutors.”
On Monday, prosecutors revealed that they have about 30 hours of video tape covering the shopping center and movie theater on the night of the shooting. Some of the footage is expected to be shown during Tuesday’s hearing.
Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and injuring 58 others in a mass shooting during a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises”.
