HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Some prime Huntington real estate will go to the highest bidder Thursday as the county tries to recoup more than one million dollars in unpaid property taxes.
88 properties will be sold during a tax sale and it's not only residential. There are some business sites as well including the Huntington Inn, the Horace Mann Apartment Complex and the DeGroot Dairy.
According to the auditor the money collected from the sale will be distributed to taxing units during the month of December.
