Jacked Knife Semi Causing Traffic Slowdown On I69

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Both lanes of I-69 northbound at the 123 mile marker in DeKalb County are now opened to normal traffic flow. Because of the 6 mile back up, it may take a little time before traffic resumes highway speeds in that area

A car traveling northbound cross the medium with a semi headed southbound tried to avoid the car and jack knifed

Two people in the car were taken to a local hospital their conditions are unknown.
