CENTENNIAL, Colo. (www.incnow.tv) – Pre-trial hearings stop abruptly after attorneys accused Colorado movie theater shooter, James Holmes, decided not to call witnesses to explain his mental health.

Prosecutors have spent much of the week laying out a mountain of evidence against Holmes including proof that he “planned” the July 20th massacre for months. On Wednesday the prosecution revealed photos taken from his cell phone of exit doors in the movie theater and his apartment as he prepared for his attack.

The defense was expected to layout an insanity argument, but in a surprise move decided against it. The judge will decide if the case goes to trial Friday.
