HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Huntington man accused of starving dozens of llamas appeared in court Monday morning.
47-year-old Thomas Andrew is charged with one felony and one misdemeanor count.
Officials say the carcasses of nearly 40-llamas littered the property, and more than 40-other llamas were barely clinging to life.
They reportedly had no food and only pools of rain for drinking water.
