Man Caught Driving Stolen Car Tries to Escape, Reaches for Cop's Gun

Steuben County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A man is behind bars after police caught him driving a stolen car and he tried to make a break for it.

Police say around 3 a.m. Sunday they found Sean Harman, 27, driving a car that had been reported stolen.

After the arrest, Harman was able to slip one of his hands out the handcuffs. He then tried to grab a gun from one of the arresting officers.

Police were able to handcuff him again and they took him to the Steuben County Jail. That’s where he's now being held on bond.
