Man Trapped In Semi For 2 Hours Before Being Rescued (VIDEO)

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (21Alive) – A Michigan man is trapped inside his semi for nearly two hours before being rescued.

Police and emergency crews were called to I-69 near mile marker 354, after a semi truck rolled over into the median.

Police say around 10:40 Friday night, 51-year-old Ronald Carriveau was heading north on the interstate when he went into the median for an unknown reason. The semi hit the cable barrier before rolling over.

Carrivaeu was trapped inside the semi for two hours while crews attempted to extradite him. He was flown to a local hospital for treatment.

Rescue workers also found a dog in the semi, it was not hurt.
