Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A plea-deal is in the works for 50-year-old Corinna Hurtado.
Monday morning in court she pleaded guilty to two-counts of "causing death while operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in her blood," with several "other" charges, dropped.
Police say she was drunk and using cocaine back in May when she crashed her pick-up into a van, carrying an elderly Fort Wayne couple, killing them both.
Hurtado was initially charged with murder.
She'll be sentenced December 18th and could face between 20 and 40 years behind bars.
