Beldfont, Pa. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Former Penn State assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky is facing one less charge.
Prosecutors in the child sexual abuse trial trial withdrew one count saying the law under which he was charged, did not apply at the time of the alleged contact.
The defense began its case today by calling another former Penn State assistant coach who testified he saw Sandusky in the shower with young boys , but never saw anything inappropriate.
