Deadly Shooting Ruled A Homicide

Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – Police are investigating the city's second homicide of 2013 after a man was found shot to death.

It happened in the 7900 block of Serenity Drive on Fort Wayne’s south side Saturday afternoon. Police say Jermaine Foster, 30, was found shot dead inside a car.

Another man was found in a nearby apartment building suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.

Police say several people were around when the shooting happened, but left before talking to detectives.

The case remains under investigation.
