Shooting On Lafayette St. And Pettit Ave. (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Early this morning the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the area of Lafayette St. and E. Pettit Ave. on a report of gun shots being fired. Upon arrival, officers heard more gun shots being fired.

Police say an adult male suffered what could be multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the local hospital and is said to be in critical condition.

According to the officers investigating the crime scene they were notified of another possible victim. The second victim had been taken to a local hospital via private transport. The hospital staff has listed him in good condition.

Police say there are no leads but are furthering the investigation.
