STEUBEN COUNTY (www.incnow.tv) - Steuben County police arrest 29-year-old Dustin Cook of Angola on burglary charges.
Deputies found evidence that Cook apparently entered a Lake James home and might have been interrupted by the owner's return around 11:30 Thursday morning. Cook was arrested for residential entry and child neglect, as he was caring for a 2-year-old at the time and left the child alone while he went to allegedly burglarize the home.
