UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) - One thing you may want to consider while planning your Super Bowl party is who will be the designated driver.

According to the Insurance Information Institute, Super Bowl Sunday is one of the most hazardous driving days of the year, especially when impaired motorists drive home after partying all day. Officials say party throwers have both a legal and moral responsibility to make sure their guests are capable of driving home safely.

37 states have laws that put responsibility on party hosts if an accident results in injury or death.
