Oregon police were investigating a hit and run that had left a significant amount of damage to a vehicle. Someone tipped them off about a posting on facebook that led them to match the vehicle found at Cox-Brown’s house.
Jacob Cox-Brown was arrested after allegedly posting that message on his facebook that said “Driving Drunk…Classic. But whoever’s car I hit, I am sorry.” The eighteen year old was charged with two counts of failing to perform the duties of a driver.
