WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - 48-years behind bars with no possibility of parole for the man who plead guilty to murder in an October shooting death in Wells County.
A judge sentenced Jonathan Thatcher Tuesday afternoon along with three others. All were all charged with murder, felony murder, and conspiracy to commit robbery in the shooting death of 19-year-old Justin Sprow near the intersection of 800 north and 100 west in Wells County.
Cody Mendez has been sentenced to 20 years behind bars for his role in the shooting.
