Hazel H. Ditton 81 passed away Tuesday October 13, 2009 at her home. Born Aug. 21, 1928 in Austin, IN, the daughter of the late James & Ilan Landis. Hazel along with her late husband was owners of Hank’s Gulf and Hank’s 76 service station. Surviving are sons, Richard Ditton, Kildeer, IL and David (Deborah) Ditton of Churubusco, IN, and grandchildren, Christopher, Benjamin, Sarah, Jeffrey and Emily Ditton, David, Andrew, and Elizabeth Pranger, and 2 great-grandchildren. brothers Earl Landis, Fort Wayne, IN, sisters, Catherine Kruckeberg, Angola, IN, and Phyllis Landis, Fort Wayne, IN, she preceded by her husband, Henry (Hank) in February, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling two hours prior to service.
