Girls Basketball Regional Scores - Feb. 18
NORTHEAST, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Nine area girls basketball teams compete Saturday in regionals of the IHSAA state tournament. Winners of semi-final games play again Saturday night in the championship. Regional champions advance to next Saturday's semi-states round.

Bishop Luers, Canterbury Heading To Semi - State
(Indiana) -- Defending Class 2 - A. State Champion Bishop Luers is heading to semi - state along with Class 1 - A. powerhouse Canterbury. The Knights beat Bowman Academy for the 2 - A. title with no problem 73 - 37 led by a career - high 31points from Miracle Woods. The Cavaliers took down Oregon - Davis for the 1 - A. title 64 - 45, their fifth consecutive regional crown.

Concordia Wins 3 - A. Regional At Bellmont
(Decatur, Indiana) -- Seventh - ranked Concordia emerged victorious in the tough Class 3 - A. Regional at Bellmont, beating sixth - ranked Hamilton Heights and third - ranked Northwood to win the title. The Cadets beat Northwood in the final game 53 - 40. In the semi - finals, Northwood upset top - ranked Norwell 54 - 49.

North Central Ends Snider's Run
(Kokomo, Indiana) -- After upsetting once - beaten South Side in the morning semi - finals, Snider fell to Indianapolis North Central in the Class 4 - A. Championship game 47 - 33. Akilah Sims led the Panthers 12 points.

(Fort Wayne, Indiana) -- Chris Auger scored the tying goal with one second to play, but the Fort Wayne Komets lost to Allen 3 - 2 in a shootout Saturday night at Memorial Coliseum.
