IHL Schedule Assembled In Fort Wayne

(Fort Wayne) - The seven active member clubs of the International Hockey League gathered in Fort Wayne Wednesday to begin building a playing schedule for the 2009-10 season.

Each club was able to pick one date at a time for home games, armed with the available dates from each of their playing venues.

It is the first time this meeting has ever been held in Fort Wayne.

The schedule is expected to be finalized in ten days to two weeks.
