Harding's Smith Commits To Ohio State

(Fort Wayne) - Harding rising senior running back Rod Smith has told Ohio State he will play his college football as a Buckeye.

The 6-2, 220 pound Smith ran for over twelve hundred yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior, and is closing in on the all time Summit Athletic Conference career rushing yards record.

He picked the Buckeyes over Purdue, Iowa, Michigan, and Michigan State, among others.
