DENVER (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Former Norwell star Jarrod Parker's solid rookie season continued Thursday in Denver.
The Oakland Athletics right hander threw seven innings of three hit shutout ball and led Oakland to their 8-2 win over the Colorado Rockies in one of the toughest park to pitch in in the major leagues, Coors Field.
Parker threw just 89 pitches, fanning six batter and walking just one in squaring his record at 3-3
