DES MOINES, IOWA (www.incnow.tv) - A big second quarter got the Mad Ants on their way to a 119-98 win over the Iowa Energy Saturday night.
The game was the Ants' last for 13 days because of the upcoming NBA All Star Break.
Tony Mitchell had 25 points and Doron Lamb 24 for the Ants, who played without scoring and rebounding leader Luke Harangody, who sat out with a sore knee.
The win was welcome tonic for the hurt from the lopsided loss Friday night at home to Rio Grand Valley.
