MUNCIE, Ind. (21 Alive) - A surprise was waiting for the Ball State football following morning conditioning work on Friday.

New black uniforms were unveiled to the team.

For the first time the Cards will be able to wear all black this fall.

In addition to the black jersey tops already in the program, the Cards now have black pants and helmets.

The additions to the wardrobe were paid for with donor funds. The team saw them for the first time this morning after running their 30 110’s condition drill (probably the hardest conditioning they do). It’s when the run 110 yards 30-times.
