FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Canterbury took four of five matches Saturday to top Angola 4-1 at the Homestead boys tennis semi-state.
Angola's Jacob Stump beat Canterbury's Clay Hoffacker in three sets at one singles, but the Cavs swpt the rest of the matches with Davis Huber and Tom Filus in singles, and both doubles teams, William Wright and Chris Yahanda, and Patrick Downs and Chad Schouweiler all winning their matches.
The win sends Canterbury to state for the second time in school history.
