Canton Holds Off Mad Ants

CANTON, OHIO (www.incnow.tv) - The Canton Charge withstood a late push from the Mad Ants to gain a 90-85 win over Fort Wayne Saturday night.

The Ants held a brief lead in the third quarter and then in the fourth went on a 12-3 run to tie the game in the final minute at 85-85, berfore Canton rebounded to pull in front to stay.

Kyle Gibson led Canton with 20 points, while Luke Harangody finished with a double-double of 20 points and 13 rebounds in 42 minutes for the Mad Ants, with Tony Mitchell netting a game-high 23 points in 41 minutes.

The Charge and Mad Ants will meet again on Monday night at the Memorial Coliseum.
