UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Former Notre Dame star and 13 year NBA veteran Orlando Woolridge has died in Louisiana of heart disease at the age of 52.
Woolridge starred for the Irish in the late 70s and early 80s, and was the sixth overall pick of the 1981 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls.
He played with them, New Jersey, the Los Angeles Lakers, Denver, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia, with career averages of 16 points and four rebounds a game.
