Four TinCaps Named MWL All Stars

BELOIT, WISCONSIN (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Four Fort Wayne TinCaps on Monday were named to the Eastern Division team that will play the Western Division at the Midwest League All Star game June 19th at Kane County.

Austin Hedges was named the Eastern Division starting catcher.

Shortstop Jace Peterson got a spot as a reserve infielder.

And Fort Wayne starting pitchers Adys Portillo and Fran Garces are part of the 16 man Eastern Division pitching staff.

Beloit has the most players on the Western Division team with eight, the same number as Lansing, who has the most on the Eastern Division team
