UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Homested, Carroll, New Haven, and East Noble all cleared their first round high school football playoff hurdles Friday night.
Zach Terrell added 278 passing yards with four scoring throws to his impressive season totals in leading Homestead's 68-17 whipping of Huntington North in 5A
Grant Wilson had 265 yards in the air with two touchdown throws and he added a third score on the ground as Carroll ousted Warsaw in 5A 27-0.
Te'Vaughn Hurse erupted for 423 rushing yards and found the end zone six times to pace New Haven's s 44-14 rout of Logansport.
Evan Croy rushed for 169 yards and two touchdowns and Nic Wiemer added 140 more on the ground with a score in East Noble's 35-13 success over Northridge.
Plymouth sent Angola to the sidelines in 4A with a 49-21 win over Angola
