Irish Women, Diggins Set Records In Win Over Kansas

UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) - Notre Dame won its school women's basketball record 29th straight game and Skylar Diggins became the program's all time leading scorer in the Irish 93-63 win over Kansas in the Norfolk Regional Sunday in the NCAA Tournament.

Diggins scored 22 of her 27 points in the first half as the Irish moved to 34-1 on the year.

They also moved into the role of tournament favorite after Lousville upset top ranked defending national champ Baylor 82-81 Sunday night in the Oklahoma City Regional
