FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - The Komets came out on the short end of a 2-1 overtime decision to the Evansville Icemen, Saturday night, their last game of the week as Sunday's game with Kalamazoo has been postponed due to the anticipated severe winter weather.

The Komets last lost a home game to weather back in February of 2008.

Saturday night, Jeremy Langlois did all the damage for Evansville, scoring in the first period on a power play for their only goal of regulation, and then scoring again on the power play 2:39 into overtime to decide the contest.

Jace Coyle tallied the lone Fort Wayne goal in the first period.

The Komets' game with Kalamazoo postponed from Sunday will be made up at 7pm Wednesday at the Memorial Coliseum.
