FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Eric Giosa and Josh Brittain scored third period goals and the Komets rallied for a 4-3 shootout win over the Evansville Icemen Saturday night.
Brett Smith talled the first Fort Wayne goal in the first period, and after Evansville had scored twice to take the lead, Giosa and Brittain brought the lead back to the K's.
After Evansville forced the game to overtime and a shootout, Brittain, J.M. Rizk, and Colin Chaulk got the scores in the shootout that gave the game to the Komets, now 2-1-1.
