Lakewood Park Looks To Take One Step Further In 1A Softball Final

AUBURN (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Second ranked Lakewood Park returns to the 1A state softball final game Saturday, seeking to get the win that eluded them in the same spot a year ago.

The Lady Panthers take on fifth ranked Indianapolis Lutheran in this year's championship game.

Lakewood Park has great pitching with Mikeila Boroff, and a team batting average of .375.

But they feel playing well defensively is the thing that can make
this year's final be successful for them.
